📋 Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for these regional placements, candidates must satisfy the following criteria:
- Experience: Minimum 6 months' prior experience in a Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF) or healthcare culinary setting in Australia.
- Qualifications: Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (for Chef roles).
- Certifications: Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (for Chef roles).
- Mobility: Valid Australian driver's licence with access to reliable transport.
- Clearances: Current National Police Check and NDIS Worker Clearance (or Yellow Card / WWVP / WWCC as required by jurisdiction).
- Health Protocols: Documented proof of required COVID-19 and current Influenza vaccinations.
